Training

This module focuses on working with the superficial fascia.

The superficial fascia connects the skin to deeper tissues, forming a dynamic network that:

✔️ Provides skin elasticity and mobility

✔️ Structurally and functionally supports adipose tissue, as well as lymphatic and blood vessels

✔️ Promotes normal nerve conduction

When fascial mobility and elasticity are impaired, functional changes occur in the associated structures, leading to aesthetic concerns such as cellulite and oedema.

During the Seminar:

✔️ Theoretical overview of the anatomy and physiology of the modern fascial system

✔️  Practical exercises for restoring superficial fascia mobility

✔️  Techniques targeting joints and intracostal structures

“The slogan ‘Healthy superficial fascia for you!’ reflects the importance of maintaining optimal conditions for the proper functioning of our body.”

Irēna Terauda, Fascial Plasticity method’s author
