Fascial Plasticity Training Structure
Fascial Plasticity (FP) training consists of five interconnected cycles that cover work on both the body and the face.
• The first, third, and fourth modules focus on body correction.
• The second and fifth modules focus on facial work.
After completing the first two modules, a specialist can comprehensively assess the body’s condition and effectively apply FP techniques in practice.
These seminars teach:
• Techniques for working with all body segments, including the face
• Methods for influencing the superficial fascia and compression to help relax muscles
• Restoration of metabolic processes in tissues
• Improvement of the fascia’s viscoelastic properties, ensuring its natural gliding
• Activation of mechanoreceptors in the nervous system, contributing to movement regulation and body balance restoration
The third, fourth, and fifth modules provide a deeper understanding of the method, enabling specialists to consciously select techniques and create individual treatment sequences for optimal therapeutic and aesthetic results.

Module 2. Working with the Fascia and Muscles of the Face and Neck.
