Hello! My name is Irēna Tērauda, and I invite you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of my professional journey, filled with experience and a deep passion for health and beauty care.

  • Born in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, I graduated from the Karaganda Medical Institute in 1986 with a degree in pediatrics. For 10 years, I worked as a pediatric doctor in a hospital and taught at the Department of Children’s Diseases at KNMI.

  • In 2000, I graduated from the School of Cosmetics CIDESCO in Riga.

  • In 2005, I earned a specialization in physiotherapy from Riga Stradiņš University.

  • I have studied various massage techniques, including those from the Spanish and French schools, as well as classical and sculpting massage under Andrei Grebennikov (Андрей Гребенников). Additionally, I trained in body psycho-correction with Andrei Minchenkov (Андрей Минченков) and completed workshops with Dr. Yuri Chikurov (Юрий Чикуров). I have also studied Fascial Manipulation under Luigi Stecco.

  • My approach, developed through years of practical experience and a deep understanding of fascia anatomy and physiology, represents the continuous evolution of an advanced technique. I strive to achieve optimal effects on the body, combining various methods to deliver outstanding corrective results in both aesthetics and overall health.
